A light, fresh salad of seasonal greens, tomato, carrot and peppers, finished with toasted superseeds and a hot honey mustard dressing. Serves 4–8. Ideal beside charcuterie, sandwiches or barbecue mains.

Garden Greens & Super Seeds
This garden-style salad is built to complement — not compete. It’s made with a base of fresh seasonal leaves, tomato, carrot and peppers, and finished with a toasted mix of pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds. The hot honey mustard dressing brings just enough kick to cut through cheese, meats or richer mains. Serves 4–8 depending on portion size, and works beautifully alongside charcuterie platters, sandwich trays or barbecue spreads at work or at home.
