Rainbow Slaw Salad Tray
Our Rainbow Slaw is all about contrast — crisp shredded red and white cabbage with grated carrot, tossed in a creamy mayo-based dressing. It’s fresh, crunchy and made to sit perfectly beside bold flavours: charcuterie, barbecued meats, cheese platters or anything in a bap. Serves 4–8 depending on portion size, and works just as well at office lunches as it does alongside burgers in the back garden.
